Start-Up School Projects
Windsor Education provides a full in-country operating service for investors interested in establishing international schools. We have the expertise to operate and manage all aspects of the pre-opening and ongoing operational elements of a school project, including feasibility studies, building design and resource procurement, through to admissions and marketing, staff recruitment, curriculum development, accreditation and ongoing operations.
We specialise in operating British international schools in partnership with UK school brands and offer investors access to a carefully selected group of prestigious UK independent schools. Our team has a track record of success in transferring the ethos and values of a UK school to an international context, ensuring that the new school takes on a prestigious brand identity and immediately stands out within the local market.

For new school projects we believe it is essential for members of Windsor Education to be in-country during the pre-operational and opening phases of the school project. Therefore, a senior member of our team will always relocate to lead the projects ongoing development.

School Improvement

Inspection and Accreditation Preparation
At Windsor Education all our consultants are qualified school inspectors with experience of local and international accreditation worldwide. We offer a range of services including preparing schools for inspection and actioning recommendations from inspection reports.
Preparation for Inspection and Accreditation
We offer schools support as they prepare for inspection and accreditation visits so they know what to expect and are in the best position possible to achieve the desired result. Our services are tailored to each individual school and include support with the initial application process and report writing, interview training, policy reviews, document preparation, data analysis and lesson observations.
Next Steps
We work with schools to disseminate inspection reports and communicate findings to stakeholders. Furthermore, we support schools to understand and act upon inspection recommendations in preparation
for follow-up visits.
